Being a 40+ amateur runner, with a 200 k monthly average distance, exercise is part of my daily routine. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago a serious pain had developed in my upper thigh, which then went on towards my knees and up by my lower back, making extremely uncomfortable and difficult any type of exercise, let alone running.
One week ago, the pain became so intense, that I had to give up altogether. Even standing on my foot was a challenge, walking was possible only with a serious limp.

After three online sessions, gradually I got rid of my pain, then of my limping and on Saturday, I even managed to have a 7 km slow run. On Sunday, my usual morning pain was gone, and managed an 11 K slow run. I felt some pain on both of these occasions, but it was manageable.
However, unlike previous times, the pain I had had after exercise was gone. Since then, I haven’t felt any pain whatsoever on my thigh or my knee, not even during walking, therefore, I highly recommend Healonia’s therapy. For me it has worked.
