Order – the Buyer send the seller, trough the website, e-mail, chat, phone or fax, the intention of purchasing goods or services from the catalogue.

Account – the section of the website (formed of an e-mail address, password, name, data and delivery and billing addresses, placed orders etc.) which allows the Buyer sending orders.

User – any individual or legal entity who navigates and gathers on the website or who registers on the website by creating an account and, by this manner, has agreed on the this document.

Contract documents

2.1 By registering an order, for goods or services on the website or by sending it by phone, e-mail or fax, the Buyer is agreeing with the means of communications – phone, e-mail, chat or fax – trough wich the seller carries its commercial operations.

2.2 The notification received by the Buyer after placing an order, has an informing role that the seller has received it and does not involve the acceptance of the order. This notification is electronic, sent automaticly by e-mail by the system, or by phone.

2.3 The seller reserves its right to modify the quantity of the goods and/or services from the order, for justifyed resons. In this case, the seller will contact the Buyer by e-mail or by phone, mentioned in the order, will adjust the account and will return the amount paid.

2.4 The invoice constitutes a sale-purchase contract according to the legislation in force.

2.5 The sale-purchase contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer when the order is fully paid and received by the Buyer.

Liability

3.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any damages that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller's performance of any of its obligations under the Order and for damages resulting from the use of the purchased goods or services.

3.2 By creating an account and / or using the website and / or placing an order, the User / Buyer agrees expressly and unequivocally with the Terms and Conditions of the webite, at its last updated version that is forwarded to the website. The order

5.1 There is no minimum value of an Order, but one full service must be ordered in order to be able to function effectively, being a necessary step in order to offer the best prices.

5.3 The buyer must ensure that he / she has successfully completed the Order and provided complete data, as the subsequent modification can only be made under certain conditions (details in paragraph 5.6).

5.4 The Buyer must verify the Order received and notify the Seller within the time before scheduleing an appintment in case of any differences or errors. Notifications sent after this deadline will not be taken into account.

5.5 Healonia reserves the right to select its customers / buyers. For justified reasons, Healonia reserves the right to restrict the Buyer's access to order or to some of the payment / delivery methods or to refuse to honor an order, if it considers that based on the Buyer's conduct or activity on the Website, its actions could in some way harm Healonia.

5.6 Modifying an order
Healonia works with an automated collection system and it is processed quickly, so a Buyer's order can be modified on request within no more than 1 hour after placing the order during the working hours or anytime outside the working hours, up to 8:00 AM (Bucharest time) the next business day. The buyer can send the request to modify an Order by phone or email.
• if a service has not already been scheduled: for the modification of the appointment, a tax of 5 euros may be applied, covering the costs of reimbursement, if there are any;
• if a service is already scheduled: for the modification of the appointment, a tax of 10 euros may be applied, covering the costs of re-scheduleing and reimbursement, if there are any;
• if the Buyer makes several orders to be processed on the same day: The Buyer must expressly request the cumulation of these orders, otherwise, the Seller will process the orders individually.

5.7 Waiver of order
• if the order was paid, without being scheduled: for the cancellation of an order whose value has already been paid, the Seller may charge a reimbursement fee of 5 euros, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned to Buyer;
• if the order was paid and scheduled: for the cancellation of an order whose value has already been paid and scheduled, the Seller will consider it as a no show and will not reimburse it, unless the cancelation is being presented with adequate justification and will charge a reimbursement fee of 10 euros, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned to Buyer;
• if the order has not been paid: the cancellation can be done by chat, phone or email; there is no charge.

5.8 The User / Buyer may request appointments for Healonia services through the website, by telephone, by email or the applications related to the website, Healonia will confirm to the Buyer the availability in the program and will inform about the tariffs charged.

5.9 In the event that the Buyer cannot honor the established appointment or wishes to give up, he has the obligation to inform Healonia by phone or request a rescheduling. It is considered an abuse not to appear in three requested appointments within 12 months from the first no show. In this case, Healonia may refuse to establish new appintments for the respective Buyer without returning the equivalent amounts for the services already paid.

5.10 The provision of services will take place mainly trough Healonia webchat from the linkk mentioned on the website. Depending on availability, distance and case, services may also be provided at the Buyer's home or in other organized or online environments.

5.11 Healonia reserves the right to delay or cancel appointments if it cannot be honored for reasons independent of Healonia which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, war, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil unrest or other impediments of force majeure according to the customs of the Romanian law. The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by Healonia to the Buyer in case of improper delivery or no delivery, is the amount of the amount received by Healonia from the Buyer.

Payment

6.1 Methods of payment for orders:
• orders that include and / only services, regardless of their amount, can only be paid by bank transfer or online with the bank card.

The installment payment is available to the Buyer with whom the Seller has concluded a collaboration contract, according to the contractual provisions. In any case, the Seller reserves the right to require the Buyer to pay in advance, by bank transfer or bank card, for the order placed, regardless of its value.

Claims

7.1 All complaints regarding deficiencies in the service non-conformity, invoicing errors, other services received than those ordered, the Buyer must make them within the scheduleing. Claims received after this period will not be taken in consideration.

7.2 For the registration of any complaint it is necessary for the Buyer to make it in writing and send it to Healonia by e-mail or post.

Processing of personal data
